Effective 2 September 2026
This policy explains what Singular Innovation collects when you use singular-innovation.com, why we collect it, who else receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes what the site actually does rather than what a template assumes, so the list of third parties below is specific and complete as of the date above.
Singular Innovation is an AI transformation agency registered in the United States, at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete your data, get in touch through singular-innovation.com/schedule-a-call and say it is a privacy request. We will route it to whoever handles it.
If you only read the site, we collect analytics about the visit: the pages you view, how you arrived, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and details about your browser and device. We do not ask you for anything and you do not identify yourself.
If you complete the AI Readiness diagnostic, we collect the answers you select, the score they produce, and the email address you enter to receive the result. A name is optional. From the domain of your email address we resolve publicly available information about your company, such as its name and industry.
If you book a call, the scheduling happens inside Calendly and the name, email and any answers you give go to Calendly directly. We receive the booking from them.
If you contact us or ask for something by email, we keep what you send.
The email address you enter into the diagnostic exists so we can send you the result. That is the exchange the page describes and we hold you to it: one email with your diagnosis.
Analytics exist so we can tell which pages are useful and which are not. We use them in aggregate.
Company information resolved from your email domain is used to understand who the site is reaching, and to make a first conversation shorter if you have one with us.
We use the services below to run the site. Each one receives only what it needs, and each is bound by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone not on this list.
| Service | What it receives | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting. Every request, including IP address, reaches the server it runs on. | United States |
| Cloudflare | Content delivery in front of the site. Sees requests before Vercel does. | Global |
| Supabase | The diagnostic lead: email, optional name, answers, score, and the company information resolved from your email domain. | United States |
| Resend | Your email address and the diagnosis, in order to send it to you. | United States |
| OpenRouter | Your diagnostic answers, in order to generate the written narrative of your result. Answers are sent to a third-party model provider through them. | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics. When you submit the diagnostic your email address is attached to your PostHog profile so the events belong to a person rather than an anonymous session. | United States |
| Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager | Page views, referrer, approximate location, device and browser, and conversion events. The container is administered on our behalf by our media agency. | United States |
| Meta Pixel | Page views and conversion events, used for advertising measurement. | United States |
| Calendly | Your name, email and any answers you give in the booking form, entered directly into their widget. | United States |
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and PostHog set cookies or use similar browser storage to recognise a returning visit and to measure whether an advert or a page led anywhere.
You can block or delete these in your browser. Blocking them does not stop you using the site or the diagnostic.
Diagnostic leads are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation they belong to. Analytics are kept for as long as the platforms above retain them under their own defaults.
We have not yet set a fixed retention period for either. That is a gap and we would rather say so than state a number this policy does not enforce.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through singular-innovation.com/schedule-a-call, say it is a privacy request, and we will act on it.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have these rights under the GDPR, along with the right to object to processing and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California you have the rights the CCPA gives you, including the right to know what is collected and to ask that it be deleted. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Every service listed above operates in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using this site means your data is processed there.
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16, and we have no product aimed at them.
When what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. The list of services above is maintained alongside the code that talks to them, so it does not drift.
