The starting point
Shotlist is a project-management tool for creative professionals — the people who are brilliant at their craft and allergic to admin.
But the project had stalled. Built the traditional way, juggling individual full-stack developers, it was slow and hard to manage. So the chief of product brought in Singular with a specific mission: prove to the board that a small multidisciplinary team using low-code and AI could ship faster than the old approach ever could.
This wasn't just a build. It was a bet the chief of product needed to win in front of the board.
